Touché Adaptive Systems was established in 2006 as a joint venture between the Skystar Communications Group and the Kojo Group. It has been formed to take advantage of the rapidly developing interactive digital signage market and the broader digital signage industry. Touché offers sophisticated software and hardware solutions to cater for a broad spectrum of market sectors and organisations. One of the most appealing features of the Touché solution is the easy and rapid facilitation of content alteration by the user, making the system very dynamic.

Palmerston Projects has been involved with Touché since early 2006 and has been a driving force in establishing the current joint venture. This has included preparing a detailed business plan and information memorandum, sourcing institutional and private funds, as well as preparing a COMET Application. These more intense activities are now giving way to a position where Palmerston's on-going involvement will be through Peter Maddern's appointment as Chairman of the Touché Board and as general business consultants.
